Apply in confidence →Established Swiss office is seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and expand its Geneva transactional practice. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate/transactional matters for Swiss and cross-border clients.
The firm is open to candidates with an opportunistic origination approach and provides a platform to develop and convert client relationships. The partner will work closely with local and international teams to win and execute complex corporate mandates.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in M&A and corporate transactional work; strong client development skills
