Lateral Partner, Corporate & Healthcare Transactions

Partner opportunity for a corporate transactional lawyer to join a national practice with strong sector alignments in healthcare & life sciences, energy, and technology. The role will lead complex M&A and private equity-backed transactions and work closely with cross-practice teams supporting regulated industries.

The incoming partner will help grow client relationships, originate new mandates within the identified sectors, and mentor junior lawyers in a collaborative, sector-organized platform. The team advises strategic and financial buyers, sellers, and sponsor-backed companies on domestic transactional matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level transactional track record in M&A and/or private equity
• Proven sector focus in one or more of: healthcare & life sciences, energy, or technology
• Demonstrated client origination and team leadership experience
