Leadership opportunity for a partner-level lawyer to join a full-service firm’s southeast office, with a focus on corporate and intellectual property work and an active patent-litigation capability. The role is intended to grow national corporate and IP practices and collaborate across offices to develop origination and litigation platforms.

Ideal candidates will lead client relationships, win new work and mentor teams across corporate transactions, governance matters, emerging-growth engagements and patent disputes. The office is part of a wider national platform and offers flexible arrangements for partners with a portable practice who want to help expand regional presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in corporate transactions (M&A) and/or intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation
• Proven origination and client-development capabilities and ability to collaborate across offices
• Experience mentoring lawyers and managing client teams; comfort working on both transactional and contentious matters
