Lateral Partner, Corporate & Intellectual Property — Washington, D.C.

Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join a market-facing Corporate team in the Washington, D.C. office with strong capability across M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role will also collaborate closely with IP and litigation colleagues on cross-practice matters.

The successful candidate will bring substantial client relationships in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy sectors, and be comfortable leading issuer-side and private-equity work as well as technology transactions and emerging-growth mandates.

This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced, multi-discipline practice with national and international platform support and significant deal flow.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and/or capital markets, with technology transactions or IP-linked work desirable
• Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to work across practices and geographies
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and readiness to be office-based in Washington, D.C.
