Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP, Antitrust & Energy — Austin

A market-leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Austin office and help drive the continued growth of its Texas platform. This is a partner-level opportunity for a highly credentialed practitioner with a portable following and an appetite for cross-disciplinary collaboration.

The role spans a broad and complementary set of practices, including corporate and private equity transactions, intellectual property with a patent litigation focus, antitrust and competition, and energy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advise clients across private equity, life sciences and technology, and energy sectors, working within a nationally integrated team.

The firm operates an open compensation system and is looking for a partner who values transparency, broad collaboration, and the ability to build a lasting practice in one of the nation's most dynamic legal markets.

• Established partner-level practice with a demonstrated record of client service and business development.
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD).
• Significant experience in one or more of: corporate & private equity, intellectual property and patent litigation, antitrust & competition, or energy.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas or ability to waive in.
