Senior partner opportunity at a large national firm seeking a proven rainmaker to lead and expand cross-practice work across corporate, intellectual property litigation and antitrust matters. The role will focus on matters for private equity, life sciences and technology clients, with additional energy-sector engagements.

The successful candidate will join a full-service team and play a visible client-facing and practice-development role, handling complex patent litigation and competition matters alongside corporate transactions and portfolio-driven disputes.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Established partner track record in patent litigation and antitrust/competition matters, ideally with private equity and life sciences or technology clients
Proven business development and client-management skills, with ability to originate and lead multi-disciplinary engagements
Admissions and credentials appropriate for partner-level practice in the relevant jurisdiction
