We are seeking a lateral partner to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in Chicago, focusing on corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy matters. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of these practice areas, serving clients across private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a portable book of business and a strong track record in one or more of the following: private equity transactions, patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology), antitrust litigation (with an emphasis on private equity), and energy regulatory or transactional work. The firm is open to compensation discussions and operates on a transparent compensation system.

This is a partner-level position for an attorney looking to contribute to a collaborative environment while further building a practice in a major legal market.

Partner-level experience in corporate, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, or energy law
Admission to the Illinois bar (or ability to become admitted)
