Lateral Partner — Corporate, IP & Antitrust — Chicago

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Chicago office to build and lead cross‑practice work in corporate transactions, intellectual property litigation, and antitrust matters. The role focuses on matters involving private equity, life sciences and technology clients, with opportunities to coordinate with energy and regional teams.

The successful candidate will originate and manage high‑value litigation and transactional matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow an established practice group within a collaborative platform. This is a visible role with firm‑wide resources and national client reach.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in patent litigation, antitrust litigation, or corporate transactional work involving private equity/technology clients
• Experience leading teams and originating significant client engagements
• Strong client relationships in life sciences, technology, or related industry sectors
