The role is focused on partners with a portable practice who can drive origination and collaborate across corporate and IP litigation teams.
Priority practice areas include M&A and general corporate governance work, patent and IP litigation, and related ERISA/compensation matters. The team values partners who can work across offices and contribute to business development and firmwide client growth.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level track record in corporate, IP litigation or commercial litigation
- Proven origination and client-development capability
- Experience with M&A, corporate governance and patent litigation matters
