An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office, bringing together a broad corporate and litigation practice platform. The role spans several interdisciplinary areas, including corporate transactions, intellectual property, antitrust and competition, and energy.

The firm's work is concentrated in private equity and venture capital, with deep-sector experience in life sciences and technology. The platform also supports a strong patent litigation capability focused on life sciences and technology matters, alongside antitrust litigation arising from complex private equity transactions.

This opportunity is well suited for a partner with an active, portable practice who enjoys working across multiple practices and sectors. The firm operates an open compensation system and operates from a single office in the Washington, D.C. market.

• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Demonstrated experience in corporate, intellectual property, antitrust, and/or energy matters
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
