Top-tier national firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its corporate and intellectual property capabilities in Washington, D.C. The role sits at the intersection of private equity, technology-driven patent litigation, antitrust matters and energy-related transactions and disputes.

The successful candidate will join an established, collaborative team advising corporate and institutional clients on high‑value transactions, contested IP and competition matters, and industry-specific regulatory issues. This is a rainmaking role with leadership responsibilities and opportunities to develop cross-practice work.

Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
Established partner-level track record in one or more of: private equity, patent litigation (particularly life sciences/tech), antitrust litigation, or energy transactions/disputes
Demonstrated client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to drive business development across practices
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring senior associates
