An Am Law 20 firm is seeking partner-level lateral candidates to anchor and expand a full-service Philadelphia office across corporate, commercial litigation, finance and banking, technology, and energy practices.

The platform focuses on big-ticket commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on building out transactional volume through team acquisitions. Practices are supported by deep sector experience spanning life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry.

Ideal candidates bring a cohesive team and demonstrate meaningful market momentum, with a preference for those making a focused move rather than a series of firm transitions. Substantial, established client relationships with anchor clients are essential. Market focus includes New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven team leadership and a cohesive group of laterals
• Substantial experience in complex corporate transactions and/or big-ticket commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to originate and service anchor client relationships
• Focused, stable lateral history (limited prior firm moves)
