Work will span corporate deals and contentious matters across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The team will engage with matters across major US markets and Europe, collaborating with cross-border colleagues.
- Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in high-value commercial litigation and corporate transactions (M&A, PE/VC-related deals)
- Experience leading or acquiring practice teams rather than solo moves; strong team-building and business development skills
- Ability to work on cross-border matters with clients in the US and Europe
