Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Established global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to strengthen both corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role will combine high‑level transactional work (M&A, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions) with significant commercial litigation matters, including cross‑practice collaboration on disputes arising from deals and corporate operations.

The partner will be expected to lead matters, mentor and grow a team, and contribute materially to business development efforts in the U.S. market. This is a visible role with opportunities to work on complex, cross‑border mandates alongside established practice groups.

• Portable book of business of $6M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in both corporate transactions (M&A, governance, transactional) and commercial litigation
• Track record of originating work and business development in the U.S. market
• Experience managing and mentoring junior lawyers and leading client engagements
