Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a senior partner to join a major international practice in Washington, D.C., with a focus on high-value corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation. The role emphasizes growing transactional volume and capability by adding an established team or team leaders rather than single laterals.

Practice sectors of focus include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive clients. The team will handle cross-border matters and collaborate with colleagues across key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

The successful candidate will combine a strong litigation or corporate track record with proven origination, team leadership and the ability to develop anchor client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in complex commercial litigation and/or high-value corporate transactions
• Track record of originating and sustaining major client relationships and leading teams
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with multi‑jurisdictional practices
