Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Leading international firm seeks a lateral partner to grow its Corporate and Commercial Litigation capabilities in Washington, D.C. The role combines high-value transactional work with large-scale commercial litigation, supporting cross-border matters and sector-focused client teams.

Ideal candidates will lead or join a team-oriented practice that serves clients across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive sectors. The role emphasizes building transactional volume and handling significant commercial disputes, working with markets across New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation
• Track record of leading or integrating teams (preference for team moves rather than lone transitions)
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive
• Ability to originate and develop cross-border work across U.S. and international markets
