Lateral Partner, Corporate — Luxembourg

Senior corporate partner sought to lead and grow a Luxembourg-based corporate practice with a strong focus on fund formation, hedge funds and structured finance. The role will be client-facing and involve originating and executing cross-border transactional work for investment managers, sponsors and financial institutions.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for business development, team leadership and developing regional fund-related capabilities. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international firm and shape a market-facing practice in Luxembourg.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in fund formation and hedge-fund work, with relevant structured finance experience
• Established client network in Luxembourg and across Europe for fund and financial services work
• Experience leading teams, originating mandates and managing cross-border transactions
