A leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in Luxembourg, with a focus on investment funds and structured finance.

The role centres on fund formation, hedge funds, and structured finance work, advising clients on the establishment, structuring, and operation of investment vehicles. This is a senior, client-facing mandate suited to a partner with an established practice in these areas.

The platform offers a strong international network and a collegial, collaborative culture, with significant scope to grow and lead the practice.

Admitted to practice in Luxembourg (or a directly comparable common-law jurisdiction with relevant Luxembourg experience).
Demonstrated expertise in fund formation and/or hedge funds and structured finance.
Proven ability to lead and develop a corporate practice at partner level.
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD).
