Lateral Partner, Corporate / M&A — Chicago

Senior corporate lawyer sought to join a well-established corporate practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role will focus on leading and advising on mergers & acquisitions, complex transactional matters and corporate governance for a mix of public and private clients.

The successful candidate will help originate and execute high-value transactions, manage deal teams, and develop client relationships across industry sectors. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for both business development and practice leadership.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of leading M&A and complex corporate transactions
• Proven client origination and business development skills at partner level
• Active license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong team leadership experience
