- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Substantial partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions, with a demonstrable record of originating client work
- Admitted to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission) and experienced supervising deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
- Strong business development, client relationship and cross-practice collaboration skills
