Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Dallas

Senior corporate partner role to join a major US corporate practice in Dallas, focusing on public and private M&A, complex transactional work and corporate governance matters. The role will lead deal teams, advise senior clients on strategy and execution, and work across cross‑border transactions.

This is a rainmaker role with significant business-development responsibility. The successful candidate will join a deep corporate bench and collaborate with sector and finance specialists on large, high‑value matters.
