Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A), Liverpool

Major opportunity for an experienced corporate partner to join a well-established UK law firm’s Liverpool office. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional work for corporate clients across mid-market and larger transactions.

You will join a senior team, originate and manage matters end-to-end, mentor junior lawyers and develop the local practice. The team advises a broad range of commercial clients and seeks a partner who can combine technical excellence with visible business development.

• Proven track record as a corporate partner with significant M&A / transactional experience
• Established client relationships and demonstrable origination ability
• Experience managing complex transactions and leading deal teams
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
