Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Paris

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Paris corporate team focused on M&A and cross‑border transactions. The role will lead complex buy‑ and sell‑side deals and act as a senior relationship partner on headline corporate mandates.

There is a particular need for strong experience on energy-sector transactions with significant Africa‑facing work. The successful candidate will join a market‑facing team and be expected to develop and deepen client relationships across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in M&A and corporate transactions
• Demonstrable experience on energy transactions and cross‑border work involving Africa
• Admission to an EU bar (French admission desirable) and fluency in French and English
