Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and grow its Phoenix corporate practice. The role will focus on transactional work across M&A, capital markets and technology-focused corporate matters, with opportunities to work on private equity and emerging-growth client mandates.

Preferred candidates will have a track record of originating and executing complex transactions, experience advising issuers and sponsors, and the ability to develop sector relationships in technology, life sciences, financial services and energy. The hire will help expand an active local team and collaborate with colleagues across other U.S. offices and international offices as needed.

Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
Established partner-level transactional practice with significant M&A and capital markets experience
Experience with private equity and/or emerging growth / technology company clients
Proven client origination and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
