Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — New York or London

Leading international law firm seeks a senior transactional partner to drive growth in its core corporate practice, with particular emphasis on M&A and private equity work. The role is a visible, platform-building hire expected to originate and lead complex cross-border transactions and to mentor senior associates.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced corporate team, work across the US, UK and European markets, and play a strategic role in business development and client relationship management. The firm is location-flexible between New York and London and values long-term platform fit and growth orientation.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading significant M&A and private equity transactions, including originating mandates
• Experience working across US, UK and continental European jurisdictions and managing cross-border teams
• Strong client-development skills and ability to build and grow a practice platform
