Lateral Partner, Corporate / M&A — San Diego (Downtown)

A leading global law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to build and lead transactional work from its San Diego office. The role emphasizes corporate M&A and capital-markets work across technology, life sciences, private equity and emerging-growth clients, with frequent collaboration across U.S. and international offices.

The successful candidate will help expand an established corporate platform, originate new client opportunities, and work closely with specialists in technology and IP-related transactions. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant origination and team-management responsibilities.
