Seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and expand a busy corporate/M&A and capital markets practice from the firm's San Diego office. The role emphasizes client origination and cross-office collaboration across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Ideal candidates will have a proven record executing PE-backed M&A, issuer-side capital markets work and representing emerging-growth and technology clients. There is close coordination with IP litigation and transactional practices to support integrated client solutions.

The role offers significant platform and support for partners who can bring established client relationships and who are committed to growing regional and national practices.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established track record in M&A (including PE) and capital markets, with sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy
Experience leading client teams and originating new business across offices
Willingness to work collaboratively with IP litigation and technology-focused teams and to travel as required
