Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a US-focused corporate practice with an emphasis on pure M&A, private equity and capital markets work. The role will handle complex buy- and sell-side transactions, VC financings and cross-border deals, and will work closely with colleagues across practices and jurisdictions.

Ideal for an experienced rainmaker who can originate and execute high-value transactions, mentor senior associates and build client relationships. The team advises strategic and financial sponsors across a range of sectors.

• Established track record leading complex M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
• Experience managing and mentoring deal teams and working on cross-border matters
• Bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
