Lateral Partner, Corporate (Paris)

Join a leading international law practice as a partner in the Paris corporate team. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and fund-related work for sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions.

You will lead matters, develop client relationships and expand the practice’s presence in France across private equity, funds and capital markets mandates. The team advises institutional investors, sponsors and corporate clients on high-value, complex transactions.

• Portable book of business of North of 2m (USD)
• Established partner track record in M&A and private equity; experience leading cross-border transactions
• Fluency in French and English; admitted to practice in France (or equivalent qualification)
