Lateral Partner, Corporate — Singapore

Senior hire sought to lead and expand a corporate restructuring practice within a well-established international firm’s Singapore office. The role will combine high-value restructuring and turnaround work with matters that have a significant technology or TMT angle.

You'll manage cross-border engagements, mentor and build a team in-market, and act as a visible face for business development across the region. The appointment suits an experienced restructurer with strong client relationships and a track record of originating work.

• Strong client development and relationship management skills, especially with technology-sector clients
• Admitted to practise in Singapore or equivalent regional qualification
