Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate transaction practice with strong emphasis on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work across corporate, IP and finance matters, supporting deal teams and originating new business in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors.

The team is expanding and seeking an experienced partner who can both win new mandates and collaborate with regional and national deal teams. This is a business-development heavy role with responsibility for client relationships, deal execution and practice leadership.

Proven track record in M&A and capital markets, with experience on issuer-side transactions and technology-related deals
Strong client origination and relationship management skills; ability to work across sectors including technology, life sciences and financial services
Leadership experience: building teams, mentoring lawyers and integrating with national deal groups
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
