Lateral Partner — Cross‑Border Private Credit & Special Situations (London, Boston or New York)

Senior partner-level hire sought to lead and expand a cross-border private credit and special situations practice within a global corporate platform. The role focuses on originating and executing private credit, special situations and related private equity financings across the US, UK and Europe.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record advising on complex cross‑border financings, strong client relationships, and the ability to build a market-facing practice. Submissions are accepted blind and must include a CV/bio plus a concise business case explaining the strategic rationale for the move.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Partner-level experience leading private credit, special situations or related private equity financings
• Proven cross-border experience (US/UK/Europe) and demonstrable client origination skills
