Lateral Partner — Dispute Litigation & Insolvency (Montreal)

Senior partner opportunity at a global, growth-oriented law firm seeking experienced commercial litigators and insolvency practitioners to expand its Quebec practice. The role focuses on commercial disputes, insolvency and restructuring matters for corporate clients only; no individual-family work.

Successful candidates can be based in Montreal but will have the ability to work across regional offices. The firm is actively hiring equity and fixed-capital partners who bring a demonstrable, growing practice and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
