Leading U.S. law firm seeks experienced lateral partners to expand several established practices in the Washington, D.C. office. Priority practice growth areas include Corporate, Intellectual Property (including patent/IP litigation) and Labor & Employment; strong candidates across these practices will be considered.

The firm is open to partners with portable practices who want to collaborate regionally and help grow or open practice hubs. Compensation and equity arrangements are flexible and discussed case-by-case; practice groups operate with billing flexibility.

  • Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
  • Established partner with a demonstrable portable client base in Corporate, IP litigation, or Labor & Employment
  • Proven rainmaking and team leadership abilities; track record of originating client work
  • Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in D.C.
