Senior employment & labor partner role based in Geneva at a highly regarded law firm. The position will advise Swiss and international clients on complex employment matters, including sensitive disputes, restructuring, executive contracts, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the local employment practice, work closely with cross-border teams, and play a central role in business development and client relationship management.

• Significant experience advising on employment and labor matters in Switzerland and internationally
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of client development and leading a practice or team
