Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor & Litigation, Phoenix

Established national litigation and labor practice seeks a market-facing partner to lead and grow Employment & Labor and related litigation work from the Phoenix office. The role combines client management, rainmaking, and senior-level matter supervision across employment litigation and counseling.

The successful candidate will join a busy team serving regional and national clients, mentor junior lawyers, and develop cross-practice opportunities. This is a visible leadership role with substantial autonomy to shape business development and team strategy.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor matters
• Ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead teams on complex matters
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in Arizona
