Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor & Litigation, Portland

Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Portland office within the Employment & Labor and Litigation practices. The role will involve leading employment-related disputes, advising employers on workplace compliance, and developing trial and appellate strategies for complex matters.

The successful candidate will help grow the local practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across offices on multi-jurisdictional litigation. This is an opportunity to join an established platform with national resources while maintaining a strong local presence.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level litigation and employment experience with a demonstrable track record of client development
• Bar admission in Oregon (or ability to become admitted) and experience handling trials and hearings
