Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor / Litigation — Southern Illinois

Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor and Litigation team in Southern Illinois. The role will lead local litigation and labor matters, develop client relationships, and support growth of the regional office.

The successful candidate will handle complex employment litigation, counseling, and litigation management across state and federal courts, work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, and mentor more junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to take a market-facing role with responsibility for originating work and expanding the practice locally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level experience in employment litigation and labor matters
• Strong courtroom and deposition experience in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated ability to originate work and build client relationships
