Lateral Partner — Employment & Labor Litigation, St. Louis

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a busy employment and labor litigation practice in the St. Louis office of a national law firm. The role will focus on handling high-stakes employment litigation, counseling employers, and managing trials and investigations.

The partner will supervise and develop associates, collaborate across practice groups on litigation matters, and play a central role in business development to expand the local practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation and trials
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Bar admission in Missouri (or eligible) and strong courtroom advocacy skills
