Lateral Partner, Employment & Labor — Los Angeles

Established national law firm is seeking a senior Employment & Labor partner to join its Los Angeles litigation team. The role emphasizes handling complex employment disputes, counseling employers on workplace risk, and leading trial and appellate matters.

The partner will supervise associates, develop client relationships across the region, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on high-stakes employment and labor issues. This is a business-building role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial experience in employment litigation and labor law; track record of leading trials or major disputes
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships and to manage and mentor litigation teams
