Senior hire to join an established Eastern Canada employment & labour group focused on occupational health & safety and construction labour relations. The team is strategically adding capability and depth to support regional growth and succession planning.

The role will handle OH&S matters across construction and related sectors, and contribute to expanding construction labour relations work. This is a long-term, practice-building opportunity within a collaborative regional platform.

Portable book of business of CAD $1M $1.5M
Established, portable practice in labour & employment with significant OH&S experience
Experience in construction labour relations or related construction sector work
