Lateral Partner, Employment & Tax — Hamburg

Senior partner appointment to lead and grow an established Employment & Tax practice in the firm’s Hamburg office. The role combines client advisory, cross-practice collaboration and business development across employment law and tax-related employment matters.

You will advise corporates and other institutional clients, supervise and develop lawyers, and work with other practice leads to expand the practice’s client base and service offering. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and a platform to build a long-term practice in Germany.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of client origination and relationship management in employment and/or tax work
• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and experience leading teams
