Lateral Partner, Energy & Corporate (Muscat)

Senior partner role to lead and expand an established energy/corporate practice in Muscat. This is a leadership opportunity to succeed retiring partners and to take primary responsibility for client relationships across oil & gas and related corporate work.

The role involves originating and executing corporate and transactional matters for energy-sector clients, mentoring and growing a small regional team, and collaborating with broader regional and international colleagues.

• Proven partner-level experience in energy, with significant oil & gas transactional and corporate work.
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships in Oman or the wider Gulf region.
• Ability to lead a regional team, develop business and integrate with international practice groups.
• Admission or ability to practise in the relevant jurisdiction; strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
