The successful candidate will take a leadership role in business development, mentoring junior lawyers, and building cross-practice relationships to support growth in the region. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and autonomy on strategic matters.

We are seeking a collaborative, market-focused partner with a track record of originating and executing energy work who can help expand the firm's presence in the Texas market.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner-level experience in energy transactions and regulatory matters (oil & gas, project development, or similar)
Proven business development and client relationship skills, with a demonstrated track record of originating work
Experience managing and mentoring teams and working with cross-functional practice groups
