Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental — San Francisco

Senior partner hire sought to lead and grow a market-facing Energy & Environmental practice from the firm’s San Francisco office. The role will focus on transactions and regulatory work across renewables, traditional energy and related private equity matters.

Ideal candidates will bring established client relationships, experience managing teams, and a track record advising on energy-sector deals and regulatory matters. The team is open to candidates with strong private equity-linked energy experience and to those with a V&E background.

• Portable book of business of $6-8M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in energy, renewables or energy-related private equity transactions
• Experience leading and growing teams and cross‑border matters
• Strong regulatory and transactional experience in the energy and environmental sectors
