Proven partner-level experience in energy, environmental or tax work, with emphasis on renewables, oil & gas or infrastructure
Track record of originating and closing complex transactions or regulatory matters and leading teams
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
