Lateral Partner, Energy & Infrastructure Finance — US & UK

Experienced finance partner sought to lead and grow a cross-border energy and infrastructure finance practice. The role focuses on project and structured finance across traditional and renewable energy, with significant client-facing origination and deal execution responsibilities.

The successful candidate will work on large, multi-jurisdictional financings, partner with corporate and project teams, and help expand the practice’s market presence in the US and UK. The position offers a senior role within an established global practice with high-profile infrastructure and energy mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in project finance, infrastructure or energy finance
• Track record of originating and leading multi-jurisdictional financings
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable business development skills
