Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow an established energy and infrastructure practice from the firm’s Kansas City office. The role focuses on energy tax, renewable energy, oil & gas and related maritime and construction matters, advising corporates and project developers on transactional, regulatory and tax structuring issues.

The partner will helm client relationships, develop cross-practice opportunities with environmental and infrastructure teams, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a senior leadership seat for an experienced partner looking to expand market presence in the Midwest energy sector.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Proven partner-level experience advising on energy transactions, tax structuring and project/infrastructure matters
  • Track record of business development and client relationship leadership
  • Experience with renewable energy, oil & gas or maritime/construction-related projects
