Lateral Partner — Energy (Transactional)

National law firm is seeking experienced transactional energy partners or small teams to join its US energy practice. The role is focused on corporate and finance work across traditional oil & gas and renewable energy sectors, including project development and project finance.

Ideal candidates will have a track record advising on M&A, joint ventures, and complex energy financings, and be comfortable leading cross-functional deal teams in a national platform.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in energy transactions (M&A, project finance, project development)
• Proven ability to originate and close complex deals and to lead client relationships
• Admission to practice in at least one US jurisdiction and strong professional references
