Lateral Partner — Environmental & Real Estate, DC

Established national firm is seeking a partner to build and lead environmental and DC-focused real estate work from its Washington, DC office. The role will combine environmental regulatory and permitting experience with transactional real estate matters that are concentrated in the DC market.

The team advises clients on government-facing environmental matters and transactional real estate engagements for entrepreneurial builders and developers. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial partner able to originate and grow client relationships and collaborate across regulatory and transactional practices.

• Proven experience handling environmental regulatory/permitting matters and DC-centric real estate transactions
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; entrepreneurial mindset
• Bar admission and standing to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Portable book of business of $1–2M+ (USD)
