Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking and Corporate — Riyadh

Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Riyadh office to strengthen finance and corporate capabilities, with a focus on asset and investment management work. The role will involve leading high-value transactional and regulatory matters for institutional and corporate clients across the region.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner who can build and manage teams, originate mandates, and provide day-to-day client leadership on complex fund, investment and financing matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with particular strength in asset/investment management matters
• Proven track record of business origination and client relationship development in the region
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills advantageous but not required
