Lateral Partner, Finance & Banking — Bay Area

Leading law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow a Bay Area-based finance and banking practice. The role focuses on originating and advising on complex financing transactions, managing client relationships, and leading deal teams.

This is a location‑agnostic opportunity with substantial billing expectations; billing rates start at $1,200. The successful candidate will work closely with an established team to win work and expand the firm’s regional footprint.

Excellent business development skills, proven transaction experience in finance, and the ability to mentor associates are essential.

• Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions
