Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking — Chicago

Senior finance partner role in a national practice group, focused on banking and capital markets work. The position will lead complex financings, advise financial institutions and corporate borrowers, and manage high-value transactional matters.

The group seeks a partner who will combine deal leadership with client development to grow a broad lending and banking practice. The role is location-based in Chicago but will work collaboratively with teams across other U.S. offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven record of partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions
• Strong client development and origination skills
• Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to become admitted)
