Lateral Partner — Finance & Banking / Corporate, Brussels

Senior partner hire to lead and grow the finance and investment-management practice in the Brussels office. The role focuses on advising asset managers, funds and institutional clients on financings and related corporate matters, and on originating and executing complex cross-border transactions.

The successful candidate will join a top-tier international firm’s European platform, collaborate with cross-jurisdictional teams and have significant responsibility for practice development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level origination and execution in finance and investment-management matters
• Strong leadership and business-development skills; experience building and managing teams
• Ability to work on cross-border matters and coordinate with international colleagues; excellent English communication skills
